Using your pre-approval letter, we hit the road searching hundreds of websites to find, view, and offer on homes that meet your new home goals
Contract
Your Alex Thom Group specialist will expertly craft your offer, ensuring that it's as protective as possible to minimize headache and ensure a smooth transaction
Process
Our team will work hand in hand with the financing team, attorney, and listing agent to keep you updated on needed documents, changes, and get you to the closing table on time
Celebrate!
We will finalize escrow, advise you on your final numbers and that's it! You're ready to go to closing and receive the keys to your new home. Congratulations!
Homesellers
Introduction

Lights, camera, action! we advise on staging and preparation for "media day." With in-house media, we take photos, video, aerial, and many other services depending on the property and market
List
We have a whole department that focuses on listings, descriptions, and MLS input. We want to put our best foot forward and make sure your home shines above the rest
Update
We analyze our listings weekly to determine if we are priced competitively, are in need of a price improvement, or if creative marketing is required (such as an open-house)
